Executor’s Sale. –By virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Fulton county, Ga., will be sold before the Court House door, in the city of Cartersville, Bartow county, Ga., within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in December next, the following Real Estate, to-wit: Lot of land No. 693, and parts of lots Nos. 676 and 620, containing ninety acres, more or less, lying on the south side of the Etowah River, in the 4th dist. and 3d section of said county. Sold as the property of G. J. Howard, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs. Terms: one-third cash; remainder in one and two years, with interest from date. Bond given for titles until last payment is made. |
