Mrs. W.A. Howell Died Saturday

Funeral services for Mrs. Sara Frances Howell, 71, who passed away at her home near Cartersville Saturday evening, were conducted Monday afternoon from the Cassville Baptist church, Rev. Ralph Kimsey officiating in the presence of a large number of sorrowing relatives and friends.

Owen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Howell had been ill for several weeks, and her death was not unexpected. She was born in Cherokee county in 1866, but had made Bartow county her home the greater part of her life.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. W.A. Howell; five sons, Messrs. W.T. of Cartersville; A.L., H.R. and G.E. of Atlanta, and S.E. Howell of Gainesville; three daughters, Mrs. Arthur Bell, and Mrs. Claud Nabors, of Calhoun, Mrs. Flonnie Duncan, of Atlanta. One brother, Mr. Jim Clark, of Calhoun also survives.

Friends extend tenderest sympathy to members of the bereaved family.
