Mrs. Geo. Hughes Buried Friday At Stamp Creek

Mrs. Georgia Hughes, 81, of Cartersville, was buried Friday afternoon in the Stamp Creek Cemetery following funeral services held in the Stamp Creek Church at two o’clock with the Rev. Johnny Belcher conducting and Owen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers included: John Bohannon, Ernest Hughes, Darrell Stephenson, Gene Stephenson, and Pledger Dudley.

Her parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. William Smith.

Survivors include a sister, Miss Laura Smith, of Cartersville, and a number of nieces and nephews.
