The widow of Joe Hulsey, the officer who was so brutally murdered by Tom Campbell at Rockmart a few weeks ago, was substantially remembered at Christmas.  This is just as it should be.  Now, let the murderer be apprehended and a full quoto of justice be meted out to him.
