Martha Hulsey, 73, of Route 6, Center community, died Thursday, June 12, 1986, following a lingering illness.

She was a native of Cherokee County, member of the Bethany Baptist Church and a homemaker.

A daughter of the late Bill Bohannon and Lucy Higgins Bohannon, she is survived by her husband, Reuben A. Hulsey and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday from the Owen Chapel with the Rev. Fred Lee officiating.

Interment will follow Center Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Buffington, James Sanford, Jr., Edward Buffington, Jesse Sanford, Sr., Henry Dale Elrod and Roy Buffington.
