Executrix Sale. Agreeably to an order of the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Ga., will be sold before the court house door of said county, on the first Tuesday in August, 1888, within the legal sale hours, the following property, to-wit: The undivided one-half interest in the two story brick store house and lot in the city of Cartersville, said county, now occupied by Baker & Hall as banking office and situated on the north side of West Main street, fronting twenty-seven and one-half (27 ½) feet on Main street, and building running back north fifty eight (58) feet, and lot sixty (60) feet, bounded on the east by building occupied by Moon & Mays, and west by Baker & Hall’s hardware store. Sold as the property of estate of M. C. Jackson, deceased, for the purpose of paying debts of said estate. Terms cash. This 2nd July 1888. Emily Jackson, Executrix of M. C. Jackson. |
