Mr. Fred D. James Sr., 85, of 506 MLK Drive, Cartersville, died on Wednesday Jan. 12, 2000 at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation Center of Cartersville.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000 at 1 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Ed Rhodes, pastor, officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Friday, Jan. 14 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Eppinger's Funeral Home.
