Whereas Lemuel Johnson, late of this county, deceased, having died intestate, and no person, as yet, having administered upon said estate:

Therefore, all persons concerned, will file their objections, if any they have, in terms of the law why Humphrey W. Cobb. Clerk of the Superior Court of said county, should not have the administration of said estate committed to him.  Given under my hand and official signature, this 29th Nov. 1852.
