“Over the County— Kingston”

A very sad death occurred in Kingston at 3:30 a. M., December 8. Telley Johnson, son of Mr. O. A. Johnson, locomotive engineer on the W. & A. R. R. Telley was 13 years old, and had been a great sufferer for several months. The parents, sisters and brothers are heartbroken with grief as he was a great favorite with all. His funeral was preached at 10 a. m., December 9 th, by Rev. J. E. England at the Kingston Methodist Church. The church was packed and at 11 o’clock all that was mortal of Telley Johnson was consigned to the silent tomb. He talked to his parents and told all the family to meet him in heaven as he would soon be with Grandmother Johnson.

The entire community expresses great sympathy for the bereaved ones.
