Death of a “Mother in Israel.”

We regret to learn of the death of Mrs. ELIZABETH JONES, wife of Rev. S. G. Jones, and mother of Col. R. H. Jones, of this place, which occurred in this county on Saturday night last.  Her remains were interred at Oak Hill Cemetery, in this place, on the 21st inst.  Mrs. Jones was in her 67th year, and had lived the life of a true Christian woman.  We sympathize with her relatives and friends in their sad bereavement.
