Administrator’s Sale.

Will be sold before the Court House Door in Cartersville, Bartow County Georgia, on the first Tuesday in March, 1870, within the legal hours of sale, lot of land No. 188, in the 5th Dist. and 3rd section of said county, containing 160 acres more or less, 100 acres of which is cleared and in high state of cultivation, and the balance well timbered.  The same sold under an order of the Court of Ordinary of said county, as the property of Joseph H. Jones, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms of said sale cash.  This Jan. 4th, 1870.
