A Tribute of Respect.

Died, August 2nd, at the home of his sister, Mrs. Nannie Burnside, Mr. A. Kennedy, aged 20 years, 3 months and 27 days.

Our deceased friend was a member of the Baptist church at Euharlee which he joined when about 16 years of age.  While his death is a great sorrow to his relatives and friends, yet we feel satisfied that he has entered into a higher life and is rest in the mansion of God.  His funeral was preached by the Rev. Mr. Tant, after which he was interred in Mt. Paran cemetery.
