Leave to Sell Land. John M. Cochran and Ric’d B. Couch, executors of George Kennedy, apply to sell the real estate belonging to the estate. ************************************* The Cartersville Express Executor’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in April, 1871, before the Court House door, in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, lots of land No. 817 and 768 in the 17th District and 3rd section aforesaid county, containing 80 acres, more or less, about 60 acres cleared, the remainder well timbered, comfortably improved—the same being the residence of George Kennedy, late of said county dec’d. Sold as the property of said dec’d, for the purposes of distribution, in accordance with the terms of the will of said George Kennedy dec’d. Terms of sale: credit until 1st January, 1872, with interest from date, note and security and Bond for titles given. This February 13th, 1871 ******************************************* The Standard and Express Letters of Dismission John M. Cochran and R. B. Couch state that they have fully administered the estate of George Kennedy. |
