To all whom it may concern:
Whereas H. W. Kitchen has applied for letters of administration on the estate of James T. Kitchen, late of said county, deceased: Therefore all persons concerned are hereby notified to file their objections, if any they have, in my office within the time prescribed by law, else letters will be granted to applicant as applied for, on the first Monday in January next.
