Henrietta Cox Lee, 594 Sandtown Road, SE, died Thursday, June 1, 1989.

She was born September 12, 1903 in Bartow County, a daughter of the late James Pressley Cox and Mary Jane Mills Cox, was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Preceded in death by her husband, Homer Lee; she is survived by Marchie Willis, Aragon; Bertha Trammell, Cartersville; Hazel Morris, Acworth; Dora Forsyth, Kingston; Rita Day, Cartersville; three sons, Gordon Lee, Rockmart; J.L. Lee, Albert Lee, both of Cartersville; 35 grandchildren, 77 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Revs Rex Cox, Freed Lee and Floyd Hufstetler officiating.  Interment will be in the Mt.Zion Baptist Cemetery.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
