“Corbin.”

Death has claimed our beloved sister, Mrs. Geo. Lewis. She has been a sufferer with cancer of the breast for several years. Last Friday night she was taken worse, a physician was called but to no avail, she grew worse until Saturday evening about four o’clock death relieved her suffering. She was interred at the Furnace cemetery Monday, nine a. m. Mrs. Lewis was the daughter of P. C. Cook. She leaves numerous relatives, a husband and four children to mourn her loss. The bereaved family have our heartfelt sympathies. But alas! There’s no love like mothers. She has been a Christian since childhood. We feel our loss was heaven’s gain.
