Death of Mr. W. A. Lyon.

The many friends of the above named gentleman, in this town, brother of Capt. Thomas J. Lyon, of this county, will regret to learn of his death in Tippah county, Mississippi, where he resided on the 4th inst.  He leaves a wife and little daughter to mourn their irreparable loss.  Mr. Lyon at one time resided in Cartersville where he has a host of friends, and where he is highly respected.
