Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, Bartow county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in November next, between the legal sale hours, the following property to wit: South half of lot of land No. 953, all of No. 954 and 955, and south half of 919, in the 17th district and 3rd section of said county, containing in all 120 acres, more or less, being the residence of Isaac W. McBryde, at the time of his death; about 75 acres cleared, the balance well timbered, with a nice four-roomed dwelling, and good out buildings,  This farm is well watered, with running water, and a good well, fine orchard of young fruit trees, within 3 miles of a railroad.  Sold as the property of Isaac W. McBryde, deceased, for the purpose of paying debts of said deceased.  Terms, one-third cash, the balance on credit of one and two years, with interest at seven per cent, from date of sale.  Possession given the first of January, 1878,  This Sept. 4th, 1877.
