Margaret McEver and Isabella McEver, Est Thomas C. McEver deceased.

Application for probate for nuncupative will in Bartow county Court of Ordinary.

Upon hearing and considering the above application, it is ordered that the same be heard at the August term 1880 of said court of ordinary, and that notice be served upon the heirs-at law of said deceased in terms of the statute.   And whereas, Mrs. Iasabella F. Bradley, wife of Joel Bradley of State of Tennessee, Mrs. Martha Foster, of Chattooga county, Ga., or state of Alabama, Mrs. Irene Strickland, wife of Berry P. Strickland, of Polk county, state of Arkansas, and Mrs. Nancy Hope, of Saline county, state of Arkansas, are heirs at law and next of kin of said deceased, residing without the state of Georgia, it is ordered that they be served with notice of this application by publication of this order in the Cartersville Express, a public gazette published in said county, once a week for five weeks preceding said August term 1880 of said court of ordinary, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, residing in the state of Georgia, be served with notice of this application ten days before said term.  Granted.
