“ Kingston”

Died, on Friday evening, Nov. 9, near Kingston, Mrs. B. F. McMakin, wife of B. F. McMakin, esq. She had been a great sufferer for 14 months and her death was not unexpected, but still it was a great shock. She was a good woman, greatly beloved by all who knew her. The Baptist church, of which she was a very consistent member, and the entire community, will miss her very much. The funeral was preached by her pastor, Rev. E. B. Barrett, on Sunday at 11 o’clock, and notwithstanding the extreme cold the church was full, and after the services the remains were interred in Kingston cemetery. We tender the sympathies of our entire community to the bereaved ones.
