Mr. R. G. McMillan, a prominent and well-to-do citizen of Talladega, Ala., died on Saturday.  Mr. McMillan was well advanced in years at his death.  He was the father-in-law of Mr. I. F. Wikle, of this city, and that gentleman stopped off from his duties as a mail clerk on the E. & W. railroad to be at the funeral on Monday.
