Petition to Execute Title.

Hawkins F. Price and Ferdinand M. McReynolds executed a bond on October 3, 1848 for lot No. 119 in Cherokee County to Hezekiah Finley.  Hezekiah Finley transferred the bond to Eden Dudley.  F. M. McReynolds died without executing title to the land.  Eden Dudley petitions the court to have Wm. T. Wofford, executor of F. M. McReynolds, execute title to the land.

Petition to Execute Title.

Henry Bowman purchased lots of land No. 50 and 51 in 13th District, 3d section of Murray County from F. M. McReynolds January 5, 1850. “In the month of March, eighteen hundred and fifty, said Ferdinand M. McReynolds departed this life” without executing title to the land.  Henry Bowman requests title be executed by the executors of F. M. McReynolds estate.
