Administrator’s Sale.

R. C. Saxon and James Milner, administrators of the estate of R. A. Milner, will sell lot #217, in the 15th dist, 3d sect of Gordon County and the interest of “said deceased in the Iron works and lands attached, known as the Cartersville Iron Works.”

William Milner “applies to me for letters of Guardianship over the persons and property of William Arnold, Thomas Wiley, Florence Smith, Mary Ida, Lucy Nett and Richard Alma Milner, minors of Richard A. Milner, deceased.”

Petition to Execute title.

Richard A. Milner, now deceased, sold to William Bradley “a certain house and lot, in the town of Cassville, on which William Bradley then resided, known as the “old hotel lot” occupied by Brown and Sylar, number not known.”  Richard Milner died before title was executed and William Bradley petitions the administrators of Milner’s estate to execute title.
