Wm. T. Burge, Administrator of the estate of Leonard Morgan, asks leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate.

Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow County, will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, is said county, on the first Tuesday in April, 1873, within the legal sale hours, the following property, to wit:

One office, and Lot on which it is situated, known as number 30, in the town of Cedartown, Polk County, Georgia; sold as the property of Leonard Morgan, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms of sale, Cash.
