Death of Miss Effie Owens.

Miss Effie Owen, the daughter of Mrs. Mary Owen, who lives near Ford, this county, died last Sunday and was buried Tuesday morning at the Euharlee burial ground. She was twenty years of age and was a bright lovable girl.

Mr. J. B. Owens was up last week. His visit was indeed a sad one, being telegraphed to come attend the burial of a near relative, Miss Effie Owens. His many friends are always glad to have him amongst them.
