Frank Patterson Dead.
Succumbed to a Complication of Maladies Tuesday.

The many friends of Mr. Frank Patterson throughout the county will be pained to learn of his death which occurred at his home at Stilesboro, on Tuesday afternoon at 5 o’clock.  His final sickness was very brief, and was due to a combination of physical troubles.

Mr. Patterson has for many years held the office of coroner of the county, and possessed a genial nature, and was liked by everybody.  He was a brother of Messrs. Charles and Robert Patterson and Mrs. Colbert.  He married about a year ago a widow lady in Alabama.  She survives him, as also one step-child.

The funeral occurred yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock.  The remains were interred at the old Thurman graveyard at Stilesboro.
