Whereas, Benj. M. Penn, Executor of Thomas H. Penn, deceased, represents to the Court that he has fully administered Thomas H. Penn’s Estate.  This is, therefore, to cite all persons, concerned, kindred and creditors, to show cause if any they can, why said Executor should not be discharged from his Executorship, and receive letters of dismission on the first Monday in March, 1870.  This Nov. 26d, 1869.
