Executor’s Sale. Georgia—Bartow County.—By virtue and in pursuance of an order from the honorable Ordinary of said county, will be sold, as the property belonging to the estate of Hawkins F. Price, late of said county, deceased, before the Court House door in the city of Cartersville, in said county, on the first Tuesday in July next, within the legal hours of sale, “The Central Cherokee Agricultural Association Fair Grounds,” together with all the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the fourth district and third section of originally Cherokee and now in said county of Bartow, and containing thirty acres, more or less. Sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms of sale: cash. L. E. Price, Executrix. |
