Letters of Administration. Hiram Procter on the estate of Dedama Reynolds. ******************** June 10, 1858 Georgia, Cass county. Whereas the Estate of ___ Reynolds is in a state of dereliction, by which certain interests are likely to suffer. These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law, to show cause, if any they have, why letters of administration should not be granted to the Clerk of the Superior or Inferior Court, as the law directs. Given under my hand at office, this June 10, 1858 [First name is given as "Didama" in issue of June 17, 1858, page 3, and uses spelling of "Dedama" in February 11 article.] |
