Leave To Sell Lands.

B. T. Leake, administrator of the estate of Samuel Rodgers, applies for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate.

Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow County, will be sold before the Court house door in said county, on 1st Tuesday in November, the following property to wit: ?20 [# hard to read] acres of land, lying in the 17th district of said county.  The land is well improved with good buildings.  Sold as the property of Samuel Rodgers, dec’d, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said dec’d.  Terms made known on day of sale.

Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow County, will be sold before the court house door in said county, on 1st Tuesday in November, the following property to-wit: 420 acres of land, lying in the 17th district of said county.  The land is well improved with good buildings.  Sold as the property of Samuel Rodgers, dec’d, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said dec’d.  Terms of sale, one-third cash, balance in one and two years, interest from January, 1874; note and security.  Bond for titles given.
