Whereas Robert L. Rogers, Executor of Robert Rogers, represents to the Court in his petition, duly filed and entered on Record, that he has fully administered Robert Rogers’ Estate.  This is, therefore, to cite all persons concerned, Kindred and Creditors, to show cause if any they can, why said Executor should not be discharged from hid administration and receive letters of dismission, on the first Monday in July 1869.  This 5th day of Jany 1869.  J.
