Death of Mrs. Saxon Many a heart was saddened last week by the death of Mrs. Saxon, wife of Col. R. C. Saxon. She had long resided in our county, and had a host of acquaintances and friends who will deeply mourn her loss. Mrs. Saxon was a noble woman by nature, and her life was beautifully adorned by the Christian graces. A fitting tribute to the memory of this good woman will appear in our columns hereafter. Col. Saxon and family have our sincere sympathy in their great bereavement. |
