Guardian’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Ordinary of Floyd county, I will sell before the Court House door in Cartersville between the legal hours of sale, on the 1st Tuesday in January 1799 (sic). The following property for the benefit of the heirs of Benjamin Sheats, deceased.  Lot number sixty-five [65] in the town of Kingston, Bartow county, Georgia.  Terms cash.  This December 4th 1878.
