Whereas J. A. Baker, as a creditor, has applied for letters of administration, de bonis non, on the estate of Robert Speer, late of said county, deceased:

Therefore all persons concerned are hereby notified to file their objections, if any they have, in my office within the time prescribed by law, else letters will be granted applicant, as applied for, on the first Monday in February, 1886. This Dec. 21, 1885.
