Mr. Terry Ayers Stillwell, 40, of 5 Camp St., Rome, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 1998, following an extended illness.

Mr. Stillwell was born in Floyd County on Nov. 13, 1958, to the former Edna Fairchild and Hubert Stillwell. He was disabled and attended the First Apostolic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Stillwell, of Cartersville; two sons, Daniel Stillwell and Bruce Stillwell, both of Cartersville; parents, Hubert and Edna Stillwell, of Rome; four brothers, Michael Herring, Ricky Fairchild, Perry Stillwell and Tony Stillwell, all of Rome; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Stillwell and for his cousin, Mr. Barry Dean Carter, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at Henderson and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Livingston and the Rev. Franklin Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Kingston.

The family will receive friends at Henderson and Sons Funeral Home Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and at other hours they will be in residence.

Pallbearers are requested to assemble at Henderson and Sons Funeral Home Saturday at 10:45 a.m. and include: Adam Casey, Jeff Casey, William Abernathy, Joel Graves, Tyler Chastain and Brett Chastain.

Henderson and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
