Died on the 5 th inst., Elisha Stone, oldest son of Jeff and Mattie Stone. He was just entering the threshold of manhood but the Father said “come up higher.” He had been suffering for several weeks with that dreaded disease, typhoid fever. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the stricken ones, and may they be comforted by the thought “we shall meet in the sweet bye and bye.”
