Administrator’s Sale

James Strain and Alexander Stroup, Administrators of Jacob Stoup, dec’d vs. Moses Stroup

Moses Stroup made a promissory note March 25, 1842 to Jacob Stoup.  On January 11, 1849 Moses Stroup delivered a mortgage to James Strain & Alexander Stroup, Administrators, to secure payment of the Promissory note.  The note remains unpaid and the Administrators of Jacob Stroup ask the Court to require payment.
