Whereas Margaret A. Taylor, widow of Kennedy S. Taylor, has applied to have set apart a twelve months support out of the estate of said K. S. Taylor and appraisers have made return of the same. Therefore all persons concerned are hereby cited to file their objections, if any they have, in my office within the time prescribed by law, else the same will be passed upon and allowed on the first Monday in February next.
