Administrator’s Sale.
Georgia, Bartow County.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said County, will be sold before the Court House door, of said County, on the first Tuesday in January next, within the legal hours of sale, the undivided half interest of Lot No. 117 in the 4th Dist. and 3d section of said County, containing 40 acres, more or less, well timbered, unimproved, lying about 2 and a half miles from Cartersville.  Sold as the property of Daniel R. Thomas, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors, of said deceased.  Terms Cash.  This Nov. 24th, 1869.
