Georgia – Bartow County—Four weeks after the date of first publication of this notice, application will be made to the Court of Ordinary of said county, at a regular term, for leave to sell all the real estate of Mildred E. Thomson, late of Spartanburg county, So. Ca., deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  This 28th day of February, 1872.

Administrator’s Sale. – By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in November, 1872, before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county between the legal sale hours, the following property, to-wit: The undivided half interest in the following lots of land known as the Rowland Springs, in said county, to-wit: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 36, 37, 38, 39, 72, al in the 22d District and 2d section of said county, containing 160 acres each, more or less.  307, 308, 309, 319. in the 5th District and 3d section of said county, containing 160 acres each, more or less, and Lot No. 1, in the 21st District and 2d section of said county containing 40 acres more or less.  The whole of the above containing 2200 acres, more or less.

Also, the one-fourth, undivided interest in what is known as the Mill tract, composed of lots Nos. 1070, 1072, 1091, 1092, 1135, 1143, 1144, 1165, 1163, 1162, 1160, 1159, 1158, 1211, 1212, 1214, 1215, 1217, 1218, 1219, 1231, 1233, 1297, 1293, 1292, 1288, 1287, 1286, 1284, 1276, all in the 4th District and 3rd section of Bartow county, containing each 40 acres, more or less.  Also one-fourth interest in lots Nos. 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 82, 83 in the 3rd district and 3rd section of Paulding county, containing each 40 acres, more or less.  The whole containing 1480 acres, more or less, and being valuable as pine lands for timber.

Also the fourth interest in 120 acres of land lying in Polk county, on the road from Rockmart to Cedartown, adjoining the lands of Joseph Goddard and Joel Brewer.  Nos. not recollected, about 80 acres of open land, with cabin houses & c.  All sold as the property of Mrs. Mildred E. Thomson, late of Spartanburg county, South Carolina, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms of sale cash.  This Sept. 18th 1872.
