Life Was A Burden
And a 38 Calibre Ball Puts an end to James Tolbert’s Existence.

On last Sunday at noon a messenger approached Mr. D. B. Mull, our coroner, and excitedly informed that official that his services were needed at Allatoona.  Mr. Mull soon arrived at the scene of a bloody tragedy, where Mr. James Tolbert, a young man 24 years of age, played the chief actor….[Article continues, describing the suicide and Coroner’s investigation of this death.  James Tolbert’s young wife survived him.]
