James Trammell Dead.

The announcement of the death of Mr. James Trammell Friday afternoon last was a surprise to the community, few knowing he had been ill. He died of fever which developed and did its work quickly.

He was the son of Mrs. C. G. Trammell and nephew of Hon. L. N. Trammell.

Jim was a good natured boy and was kindly thought of. He was about 24 years of age.

The funeral took place from the Methodist Church Saturday morning, Rev. B. P. Allen officiating. The remains were interred at Oak Hill.
