Mrs. Irene M. Turner, 404 East 13th St., Apt. 3, died in a Rome rest home Tuesday morning following an extended illness.

Survivors include three sons; Rufus N. Turner, Jr., Joe Willie Turner and Wilbert Turner; two daughters, Mrs. Bettye Coleman and Miss Angelia D. Turner; mother, Mrs. Stella Thompson; step-father, Ben Thompson, all of Rome; two grandchildren and other relatives.

The family will be at the residence and the body will remain at Wilder’s Funeral Home until the funeral hour. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 4 p.m. in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Rev. Eugene Mitchell will officiate and burial will be in Gore Spring Cemetery.
