“Marietta Journal.”

Mr. C. C. Walraven was engaged in plowing on the 6th and becoming quite sick he had to stop work. He rested in a fence corner and shortly after he went to the house and took his bed sick with pneumonia. On Wednesday the 11th, he died, having been sick only five days. Mr. Walraven was a worthy farmer of this county, and his sudden death was quite shocking to his friends. He leaves a wife and two children, to whom we extend our sympathies.
