Whereas C. J. Ward, executor of John L. D. Ward, has applied for leave to sell a part of land belonging to the estate of the deceased. Therefore all persons concerned are hereby notified to file their objections, if any they have, in my office within the time prescribed by law, else leave will be granted to applicant, as applied for, on the first Monday in February, 1886 next.
