S. F. Waters Dead.

Mr. S. F. Waters, who several years ago was foreman at the Ladd lime kiln, died in Atlanta on Sunday, of paralysis with which he had been afflicted for some time. He conducted a meat market until forced by his afflictions to abandon business. He was a brother-in-law of Messrs. F. C. Thomas and A. B. Watkins. His wife survives him.
