TOM WILLIAMS

Mr. Tom Williams, 38 years of age, died at his home near Taylorsville last Friday, after suffering for months with a cancer.  Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at two-thirty o’clock, at Pine Bower Church, and interment followed immediately afterward in the nearby graveyard.  Rev. H. H. Popham conducted the last sad rites, and arrangements were in charge of John W. Jones, of Cartersville.

Surviving are his widow, his father Mr. John Williams, of Aragon; six sisters, Miss Ollie Williams, Mrs. Lizzie Lanham, of Cartersville; Mrs. Louella Phillips, of Atlanta; Mrs. Mandy Ferguson, Mrs. Arnold and Miss Mary Sue William of Aragon; Bill Proctor, of Jacksonville, Ala., and John Proctor, of Talladega, Ala., are brothers of the wife of the deceased.
