BLAKE WOOD, telegraph operator at Big Shanty, Ga., on the W. & A. R. R., was found dead in his room on Friday night last. He was sitting on a lounge when found, not having retired to bed. He has been complaining of a sore throat for a day or two. But had not been prevented from attending regularly to business by it and the cause of his sudden demise is unknown. |
