Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary, of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in January 1879, at the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, the following property, to-wit: One –third interest, undivided of all that tract or parcel of land, containing 15 acres, more or less, lying on Two Run Creek, in said State and county, at the crossing of the Western & Atlantic Railroad, including the mill site, on said creek. Whereon stood the saw mill known as the old Crawford Mill, the said tract or parcel of land, being made up of fractional parts of the following named lots, to-wit: Nos. 230, 231 and 250 all in the 16th district, and 3rd section of originally Cherokee county, and known as the Oglesby Mill property. Sold as the property of Wm. J. Woods, deceased, for distribution among the heirs of said deceased. Terms, cash. A. T. Wooley, Administrator, W. J. Woods, deceased. |
