Mr. William O. "Bill" Worley, 93, of 2050 Texas Valley Road N.W., Rome, died Saturday morning at a local health care center following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held Monday at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary of Armuchee Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Webb officiating.  Interment followed in the family plot in the church cemetery.  Nephews served as pallbearers.

Funeral services for Mr. William O. "Bill" Worley of Texas Valley are under the direction of the Heritage Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home.
